Splošni pogoji sodelovanja in pravila nagradne igre „ ZA kateri klub ex-yu velike četverice navijaš?“
1. Organizator nagradne igre
Organizator nagradne igre „ Za kateri klub ex-YU Velike četverice navijaš?“ (v nadaljevanju: igra) je družba GOL d.o.o., Lerchingerjeva ulica 2, 3252 Rogatec (v nadaljevanju: organizator).
2. Posredovanje podatkov
Ta nagradna igra ni na nikakršen način povezana s podjetjem Facebook Ireland, Ltd. Vsi podatki in informacije, ki jih zahtevamo za udeležbo v nagradni igri, bodo posredovani organizatorju, nikakor pa ne navedenemu podjetju. Za vsa vprašanja v zvezi z nagradno igro se obrnite na [email protected]
3. Trajanje nagradne igre
Nagradna igra bo potekala vod 11. do 20. decembra 2020, in sicer pod objavo nagradne igre na Facebook strani Golgeter https://www.facebook.com/golgetersi.
4. Privolitev in posredovanje osebnih podatkov
Z oddajo soglasja k tem splošnim pogojem uporabnik dovoljuje, da organizator kot upravljavec osebnih podatkov vse posredovane podatke o uporabniku (npr. ime in priimek, elektronski naslov, mobilno številko) obdeluje v skladu s Splošno uredbo o varstvu podatkov (EU) 2016/679.
5. Sodelujoči
V igri lahko sodelujejo osebe s stalnim prebivališčem v Republiki Sloveniji, ki izpolnjujejo v teh pogojih navedene pogoje sodelovanja (v nadaljevanju: sodelujoči).
V igri ne smejo sodelovati zaposleni družbe GOL d.o.o. Navedeni bodo iz nagradne igre izključeni s strani organizatorja.
Sodelujoči lahko v času trajanja nagradne igre zahteva preklic sodelovanja v igri. Preklic sodelujoči izvede tako, da pošlje odjavni mail s pripisom »Preklic FB igra« na [email protected]
6. Potek sodelovanja
Posamezen sodelujoči v nagradni igri sodeluje na način, da v času njenega trajanja pod objavo nagradne igre opravi zahtevano nalogo.
Vsak uporabnik lahko pod objavo nagradne igre sodeluje enkrat. V primeru večkratnega sodelovanja se bo v žrebu za nagrado štelo, da je sodeloval le enkrat.
Med vsemi sodelujočimi, ki bodo pod posamezno objavo nagradne igre sodelovali v skladu s temi pravili, bo organizator v roku pet (5) delovnih dni po zaključku z naključnim žrebom izžrebala nagrajenca.
O žrebu bo organizator vodil zapisnik, ki vsebuje podatke o: datumu, uri in kraju žreba, navzočih osebah ter nagrajencih. Zapisnik o nagrajencu z njegovimi osebnimi podatki se izpiše v enem izvodu, podpiše s strani vseh članov komisije in shrani na sedežu organizatorja za dobo enega leta. Komisijo sestavljajo trije predstavniki organizatorja. Rezultati žreba organizatorjs so dokončni. Pritožba ni mogoča.
7. Nagrade
V nagradni igri podeljena ena (1) nagrada, in sicer dres kluba, za katerega je sodelujoči glasoval v izbrani velikosti..
Število nagrad je omejeno in v nobenem primeru ne sme biti podeljenih več nagrad, kot je predvideno v teh pravilih. Nagrajenec nima pravice zahtevati drugačne nagrade ali nagrade v večjih količinah od tiste, ki je navedene v teh pravilih. Denarno izplačilo nagrade ni mogoče, nagrada ni prenosljiva na tretjo osebo, prav tako ni možna zamenjava nagrade.
8. Obveščanje nagrajencev in prevzem nagrade
Organizator bo nagrajence obvestil o nagradi v roku petih (5) delovnih dni po zaključku nagradne igre z objavo na omrežju Facebook in/ali preko neposrednega sporočila.
9. Obdavčitev nagrad
Nagrada v tej nagradni igri ni predmet obdavčitve.
10. Upravičenost do nagrade
Nagrajenec je do nagrade upravičen, če v roku štiri (4) dni po objavi obvestila o nagradi, na poziv organizatorja preko elektronske pošte ali zasebnega sporočila na omrežju Facebook, sporoči zahtevane osebne podatke (ime in priimek, naslov) in izpolni morebitne druge zahteve organizatorja v skladu s temi pogoji.
V kolikor nagrajenec najkasneje v roku štirih (4) dni po objavi obvestila ne posreduje svojih podatkov, ki jih Organizator zahteva, oz. jih navede nepopolno ali v kolikor nagrajenca ni mogoče obvestiti oz. mu izročiti nagrade ali v kolikor se naknadno ugotovi, da nagrajenec ni izpolnjeval pogojev za sodelovanje v nagradni igri in/ali da je kršil te pogoje ali v kolikor nagrajenec ne želi izpolniti obveznosti v skladu s temi pogoji – vse to najkasneje v roku štirih (4) dni po objavi obvestila, nagrajenec izgubi pravico do nagrade.
V razmerju do takega nagrajenca organizator postane prost vseh obveznosti iz te nagradne igre, v organizatorjevi presoji pa je, da se odloči ali bo nagrado podelil komu drugemu ali ne.
Organizator se z nagrajencem naknadno dogovori za način prevzema nagrade glede na ta pravila in pogoje. V kolikor nagrajenec ne prevzame nagrade v določenem roku, izgubi pravico do nagrade, v organizatorjevi presoji pa je, da se odloči ali bo nagrado podelil komu drugemu ali ne.
Organizator si pridržuje pravico, da ne podeli nagrade, tudi čese pojavi utemeljen dvom v istovetnost podatkov udeleženca ali se ugotovi, da nagrajenec ne izpolnjuje pogojev, določenih v teh pravilih ali da je sodeloval v nagradni igri v nasprotju s pravili in pogoji nagradne igre oz. da je bil izbran v nasprotju s temi pravili ali se tudi po obvestilu nagrajencev ter ustreznih rezervnih nagrajencev nihče ne odzove na prevzem nagrade, glede na navodila organizatorja nagradne igre.
11. Škoda in višja sila
Sodelujoči sodeluje v nagradni igri na lastno odgovornost. Organizator ne prevzema nobene odgovornosti za kakršnekoli nezaželene posledice, ki bi jih sodelujoči in/ali kdorkoli tretji utrpel kot posledico sodelovanja v nagradni igri ali koriščenja oz. uporabe nagrade.
Organizator ne odgovarja za morebitno škodo, ki bi jo utrpel sodelujoči zaradi logističnih ovir, tehničnih težav ali drugih napak.
Sodelujoči v igri se odpoveduje kakršnim koli zahtevkom do organizatorja, povezanih s sodelovanjem v igri in koriščenjem nagrade (npr. stroškov prevzema nagrade).
Organizator si v izrednem primeru predčasne prekinitve igre iz razlogov, ki niso na njegovi strani, pridržuje pravico, da nagrade podeli med sodelujočimi, ki so v igri sodelovali do trenutka prekinitve le te. V takšnem primeru bo organizator nagrade podelil z izborom. V primeru okoliščin, na katere organizator ne more vplivati (višja sila), lahko organizator aktivnost tudi odpove. O tem mora preko spletne strani obvestiti udeležence in tem tudi ne odgovarja za morebitno nastalo škodo.
12. Dokončnost rezultatov nagradne igre
Rezultati nagradne igre so dokončni, pritožba ni mogoča. V kolikor se ugotovi, da nagrajenec ni izpolnjeval pogojev za sodelovanje v igri in/ali da je kršil te pogoje, nagrajenec izgubi pravico do nagrade. V razmerju do takega nagrajenca organizator postane prost vseh obveznosti, v organizatorjevi lastni presoji pa je, da se odloči ali bo nagrado podelil komu drugemu ali ne.
13. Internetna povezava
Internetno povezavo sodelujočemu zaračuna internetni ponudnik po svojem veljavnem ceniku.
14. Delovanje povezav, omrežij in spletnih strani
Organizator igre tudi ne prevzema nobene odgovornosti za delovanje spletnih strani in družbenih omrežij. Organizator tudi ne prevzema nobene odgovornosti za kakršnekoli nezaželene posledice, ki bi jih sodelujoči in/ali kdorkoli tretji utrpel v posledici sodelovanja v tej igri ter ne prevzema odgovornosti za nedelovanje ali nepopolno delovanje elektronske pošte in internetne povezave sodelujočega. Kot tudi ne odgovornosti za nedelovanje storitve, ki je posledica izpada omrežja pogodbenih partnerjev, izpada električne energije ali drugih tehničnih motenj, ki bi lahko začasno motile uporabo storitve.
15. Izločitev iz nagradne igre
Organizator ima pravico, da posameznega sodelujočega izloči iz igre, če za to obstajajo utemeljeni razlogi (npr. kršitev navedenih pogojev, povzročitev nezaželenih posledic tretjim osebam, ipd.).
16. Pritožbe in reklamacije
Vse pritožbe in reklamacije rešuje organizator igre. V primeru utemeljenih pritožb se organizator zavezuje, da jih bo odpravil v čim krajšem času in o tem obvestil sodelujočega. Morebitne spore iz naslova izvedbe igre rešuje stvarno pristojno sodišče v Celju.
Odločitve organizatorja skladno s pravili o izvajanju nagradne igre so dokončne in zavezujoče za vse udeležence.
17. Objava pravil
Pogoji igre so objavljeni na Facebook strani Golgeter.
18. Dopolnitve in spremembe teh pravil
Organizator si pridržuje pravico do dopolnitve in sprememb teh pogojev, če to zahtevajo razlogi tehnične, komercialne narave ali vzroki, ki so na strani javnosti. Spremenjeni pogoji bodo objavljeni na Facebook strani Golgeter, za dodatne informacije pa lahko zainteresirana oseba tudi piše na naslov [email protected], s pripisom Dodatne informacije o nagradni igri „ Za kateri klub ex-YU Velike četverice navijaš?“
19. Veljavnost pravil
Ta pravila veljajo od dneva sprejetja dalje, to je od 9. 12. 2020, in so v času nagradne igre na vpogled udeležencem na Facebook strani GOLGETER.

Pravica do odstopa od nakupa, vračilo blaga
Kupec naročenega blaga na www.golgeter.com, ima pravico, da v 14 dneh od prevzema blaga podjetju sporoči na
e-naslov: [email protected] ali na tel: 00386 (0)3 810 73 00, da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog za svojo odločitev.
Blago je potrebno vrniti prodajalcu najkasneje v roku 14 dni od oddanega sporočila o odstopu od pogodbe (nakupa). Rok začne teči en dan po datumu prevzema naročenega blaga. V namen odstopa od pogodbe lahko potrošnik neobvezno uporabi priložen vzorčni odstopni obrazec. Ne glede na obliko odpovedi mora potrošnik podjetju predložiti kopijo računa.
Prejeto blago mora vrniti nepoškodovano, nespremenjeno in v originalni embalaži.
Podjetje vrne prejeta plačila kupcu z enakim plačilnim sredstvom, kot ga je uporabil kupec, v kolikor pa se kupec strinja pa se vplačani znesek naročenega blaga vrne na TRR uporabnika.
